Courtney and Ryan were married on a beautiful summer day in June. The sun was shined bright and a gentle breeze blew through the trees. Before they could head to the ceremony or get to their reception at the Park Avenue Club in New Jersey, Courtney and Ryan got ready. Courtney got ready with her girls at her childhood home. They threw confetti and cuddled with her pups. Ryan got ready with his boys near the church. They hung out, picked on Ryan and clinked drinks with their new koozies. Courtney looked stunning in her white tulle gown and Ryan was dapper in his navy suit. They were officially ready for their first look.
The first look for Courtney and Ryan was perfect, filled with lush greenery which set a stunning background for the duo to see one another for the first time. The weather was perfect, the birds were chirping, the leaves rustled while Courtney made her way to her groom. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene and the surroundings added to the romantic moment. Courtney tapped Ryan’s shoulder, when he turned joy was written all over his face. They embraced and joined their wedding party for fun and photos.
They exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony at Mendham Hills Community Church, the same church Courtney grew up in. This wasn’t just any ceremony for the pastor of Mendham Hills. He had two BIG roles, Father of the Bride and pastor. And on this beautiful day in June he would marry his little girl to the love of her life. They took communion and exchanged vows and there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. It was clear that these two were meant to be together forever.
Courtney + Ryan had their reception at the Park Avenue Club. Courtney + Ryan celebrated with friends and family on and off the dance floor. It was elegant and beautiful. Candles were lit, greenery was placed and the band was set, while the guests were ready to dance the night away. They hired “The Nerds” to play at their reception. They have a reputation for being one of the best party bands down at the shore, and it sounds like they lived up to that reputation. “The Nerds” are known for their energetic and engaging performances. They don’t just play music, they put on a show that gets all the guests excited and involved.
Courtney + Ryan’s night wasn’t complete without the sparkler exit. Their wedding party grabbed their jean jackets, sparklers had some fun celebrating the happy couple.
Thank you, Courtney and Ryan, for allowing me to photograph your big day! I wish you two a lifetime of love and adventures together!
