Victoria grew up going to her grandmother’s house at the shore in NJ. When Victoria and Jon met at a mutual friend’s birthday party in New York City they just kind of hit it off and began long distance dating. It didn’t take long for Jon to realize Victoria’s love for the beach and decided to propose to her on the same bench her parents were engaged… right down the boardwalk from her grandmother’s house. 

I’ve been thinking of Victoria and Jon all weekend, since this time last year I was enjoying the last weekend of summer photographing their engagement with sand between my toes. 🙂
